What if my meter reading is incorrect?

If you think your meter reading is incorrect, you can supply your own by either logging into your account or calling us free on 0800 953 0164.

If you think your meter isn’t working properly, please call us straight away on 0800 953 0164.

If you have a pay as you go meter we probably won’t need to read the meter as we automatically get readings when you top up your credit.
