Moving home in 4 simple steps:
- Tell us when you are moving by calling us on 0800 953 0164
- Give us your last meter readings in your old house, and once you’ve moved in, the current reading in your new property
- We will send you an accurate final bill based on the final meter reading in your old home. Remember, if you don’t send us the final reading we’ll have to estimate your final bill, which means you may end up paying too much.
- We’ll send you the closing bill for your old property and get you started at your new home.
