Online

The fastest and easiest way to submit your meter readings is through your online account. Simply log in and select “Submit your meter readings” at the top of the screen.

If you don’t have an online account yet, then you can register in 2 minutes here.

By Phone

You can also use our automated telephone system to submit your readings without having to go through to our customer services department. Call 0800 953 0164 and press Option 1 to confirm that you are a Southend Energy customer, from the next options list press Option 2 to submit your meter readings.
